These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of products and services from Barking Orders. By placing an order, creating an account, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy.

• Our products are pet treats/supplements only, not a complete or balanced diet unless expressly stated.
• Use for companion animals only (e.g., dogs/cats) as labeled. Not for human consumption.

• We aim to provide accurate descriptions, ingredients, nutritional info, and feeding guidelines. Natural products may vary in size, colour, shape, and aroma.
• Allergen Notice: Treats may contain or be processed near common allergens (e.g., beef, chicken, fish, egg, dairy, wheat/gluten, peanuts/tree nuts, soy).
• Storage: Follow the storage and “best by” guidance on label. Improper storage can reduce quality and safety.
• Feeding Guidance: Always supervise treats, provide fresh water, and adjust feeding to your pet’s size, age, and activity level.

• We do not provide medical or dietary advice. Consult your veterinarian before introducing new treats—especially for pets with health conditions, allergies, or on medication.
• Discontinue use and contact your vet if adverse reactions occur (e.g., vomiting, diarrhoea, itching, swelling, lethargy).

• Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline at our discretion (e.g., stock limits, pricing errors, risk flags).
• An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the order and send a shipping confirmation.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel due to suspected fraud or policy violations.

• Prices are listed in pounds and may change without notice.
• Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees are calculated at checkout. International buyers are responsible for import duties and customs clearance.

• We accept : Visa/Mastercard, Revolut,  Apple Pay, Cash on collection
• By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the method.
• We use third‑party processors; we do not store full card details on our servers.

• Orders may be collected from 18 Patch Crescent, Akrotiri, Cyprus  during Opening Hours .
• Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.
• Proof of order confirmation may be required at pickup.

• We offer local delivery only within Kolossi, Trachoni, Eremi, Ypsonas, Asmotos and Episkopi.
• A small delivery charge applies and is clearly displayed at checkout.
• Delivery days and time windows will be confirmed at the point of purchase or via email.
• Someone must be available to receive the order. We are not responsible for products left unattended if no one is available at delivery.

• Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.
• Delays may occur due to weather, availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details.
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may result in additional delivery charges or order cancellation.

• We monitor freshness and batch quality. “Short‑dated” or promotional items will be clearly marked.
• If products arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 2 days with photos and your order number.

• For food safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of opened treats unless defective or mis‑shipped.
• Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 14 days (exclusions: perishable/short‑dated, clearance, custom items), subject to RMA approval.
• Refund method matches original payment. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we made an error.

• Subscriptions auto‑renew at the interval selected.
• You can modify, skip, or cancel before the next billing date via your account.
• Price changes will be notified in advance; continued service equals acceptance.

• Promotions and coupon codes are single‑use, non‑transferable, and may have expiry dates, product exclusions, and minimum spends.
• We may modify or cancel promotions at any time where permitted by law.
• Loyalty points have no cash value and may expire after 3 months.

• Resale requires written authorization. MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) and brand guidelines apply.
• We may limit wholesale volumes, territories, and channels.
• No relabelling, repackaging, or reformulation without our consent.

• In the unlikely event of a recall, we will notify customers via email/website/social channels and provide instructions for refunds or replacements. Keep your contact info current.
• You agree to stop feeding recalled products and follow the return/disposal guidance.

• Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the site or services
• Upload malware or infringe intellectual property rights
• Post misleading reviews or engage in abusive behaviour

• By posting content (reviews, photos), you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display it for marketing and operations.
• Content must be truthful, lawful, and non‑infringing. We may remove content at our discretion.

• All trademarks, logos, packaging designs, recipes, copywriting, graphics, and website content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws.
• You may not use our IP without prior written permission.

• By using our site or placing an order, you consent to this processing, including transfers to service providers and cross‑border transfers where applicable.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus and United Kingdom, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules.
